Each product in our range has its own specific shelf life, which is clearly indicated on the packaging for your convenience. As a general guide:
- Water-based products like toners usually last 12 months.
- Oil-based products and scrubs typically have a shelf life of 18 months.
- Cleansers and moisturisers can be enjoyed for up to 24 months.
These timelines are estimates, but you can help preserve your products' freshness by storing them in a cool, dry place and handling them with care.

What is the minimum number of products I need for a complete skincare routine?
The minimum number of products you need for a complete skincare routine includes:
- Gel Cleanser: To cleanse your skin and remove dirt, oil, and impurities.
- Light Moisturiser: To hydrate and maintain your skin’s natural barrier.
- Vitamin C Serum: To brighten your skin, protect against environmental damage, and promote a healthy glow.

It’s important to note that regardless of your skin type, applying sunscreen at the start of your day is essential. While we don’t stock sunscreen yet (but keep an eye out—we will soon!), it’s crucial to include sunscreen daily outside of this routine to protect your skin from harmful UV rays. 😊

Yes, all Liora & Kind products are designed with sustainability in mind. The packaging for our products is fully recyclable, excluding the caps or lids. We are committed to reducing waste and ensuring our products are as eco-friendly as possible.
Is the packaging used for shipping recyclable?
Absolutely! The packaging we use to deliver your products is 100% recyclable and sourced from a certified B-Corp corporation. This organisation not only meets high sustainability standards but also donates 20% of its profits to charitable causes, further aligning with our mission to give back.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, all our products are 100% vegan and made with plant-derived ingredients.
Are all your products natural?
Yes! All our products are made with Australian natural and naturally derived ingredients, carefully designed to protect and heal your skin. 🌿
How does Liora & Kind support charities?
For every product you purchase, $1 is donated to an Australian-based charity that rehabilitates and rehomes animals rescued from research, testing, and teaching laboratories. This helps ensure they receive the care, love, and second chance at life they deserve.
Shipping Information
Where are your products located and shipped from?
Our products are located and shipped from Victoria, Australia. We ensure that all orders are dispatched from our Melbourne based facility to provide efficient and reliable delivery.
How much are shipping costs?
- Standard Shipping: $10
- Express Shipping: $15
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 (Standard Shipping only)
When will I receive my order?
Once you place an order, our team will carefully package your items and ship them within 24-48 hours.
Your products will be sent via Australia Post, and you can expect to receive them within 4-14 business days, depending on your location.
Orders and Returns
Can I cancel my order or update my address after it has been shipped?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders or make changes to the delivery address once your parcel has been dispatched. To avoid any issues, we recommend double-checking your address details before completing your purchase.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will need to wait for it to arrive. You can either refuse the delivery or return the parcel to us in its original, unopened, and unused condition for a refund.
Please note that a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

What condition does the product have to be in to be returned?
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The seal of the product must not be opened.
- The product must be unused.
- The exterior packaging can be opened, but the product itself must remain unopened.
If these conditions are met, you can return the product within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
